Style up Social Academy is a boutique social media marketing agency.  We specialise in growing founder led fashion and retail ethical e-commerce brands. 

Born in 2018 we are a small team of creatives who have a specialist skill set that is needed to enhance fashion and retail businesses in the Social Media and Digital World. 

We look for innovative and original ways to do things, but we are equally analytical making sure that all ideas have a clear goal and objective.

Our Mission is to scale founder led ethical fashion brands to dominate their niche in this fast paced digital world.

We are looking for someone brilliant with a can do attitude to become a dedicated Paid Social Manager for our fashion clients here at Style up Social.


Your ultimate responsibility will be to build, test, develop, and optimise ads across multiple social media channels including Facebook and Instagram, Google, Pinterest and TikTok. 

You’ll be in charge of managing a range of paid social accounts. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with these clients by helping them achieve their goals through inspirational, strategic and winning, fashion-led campaigns with the optimum return on investment for our clients.

Being brilliant and an expert is important but your attitude and behaviour matter the most. We love creativity, enthusiasm, positivity, adaptability and personal drive with an “unstoppable” mentality.  Having a genuine love for the social media and the fashion industry is a bonus! 


  • Have experience running paid social channels 
  • Built and managed social campaigns adhering to specific KPIs
  • Able to analyse data, test and optimise to maximise performance
  • Have proactive management of client relationships. Regularly engaging with clients over the phone, via email or in person. You’ll be working to ensure that everything is delivered on time and in line with your client’s business goals whilst applying original thought to build solutions to client problems and communicating this in a clear and direct way.


  • Proven experience maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally
  • Genuinely interested in the industry with a curiosity to learn and develop
  • An understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing at large
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a pro at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • To report and continuously analyse data in order to improve results and make recommendations
